Puriti Video Enhancement Technology is Proton's exclusive technology developed by the company's award winning engineers, accumulated after decades of success. The puriti video enhancement technology is built into every superbly made Proton LCD TV.

  • Progressive Scan - The Puriti™ system buffers and interpolates the odd and even numbered scan lines, to output a full picture per frame, resulting in better quality, and reductions in flickering
  • Wider Colour Range - With new processing systems, Puriti™ is able to display more colour than conventional LCD or CRT Televisions.
  • LCD Brightness - Proton LCD provides brighter output. The brightness allows a wider range of colour variation and assures the vividness of colour even in a brightly lit room.
  • 3D De-Interlacing and Edge Enchancement - Eliminates jagged edges from convetional interlaced video formats, providing smoother edges on moving objects.
  • Wider Viewable Angles - Puriti™ LCD now has the widest viewable angle, closing in on 180° !!
  • Super Fast Response Times - Proton LCD Televisions utilise panels with the fastest response time. At 8ms, delaying or ghosting of the picture is virutally eliminated.
