NEOS CLM-Call Log Monitoring by SMS – 4G Elevator Solutions

The NEOS CLM feature enables the NEOS to SMS up to 3 numbers every time a call is made from the Lift Intercom.  This is an option for the LIFTKIT1 and LIFTKIT2 4G BM Models

The 3 possible messages are:

  1. Call Has Failed
  2. Call was Answered
  3. Call was Unanswered

The log file summary is 40 calls. The real time monitoring plus this call record is most useful for monitoring the “monitor Service”, ensuring a further safety measure as well as providing evidence in the event of possible litigation.
